By purchasing from Vintage With A Vengeance, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

All garments, accessories and wearable art pieces are individually handcrafted and one of a kind. Please choose carefully, as we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind.
You confirm that all measurements provided, including bust, waist and hip measurements, are accurate and correct. Refunds cannot be provided for garments made using incorrect measurements supplied by the customer.
A guide demonstrating the correct way to take measurements will be provided with each applicable listing.
Many of our designs are created using authentic vintage, pre-owned and repurposed materials. As a result, minor imperfections, slight marks, colour variations, signs of age, wear or other characteristics may be present.
These characteristics are considered part of the unique history, authenticity and charm of each piece and are not regarded as faults or defects.
While garments are created using the measurements provided by the customer, additional alterations may be required to achieve an exact custom fit. Any alteration costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not included in the purchase price.
Shipping arrangements will commence once full payment has been received.
Shipping costs, insurance options and estimated delivery timeframes will be advised at the time of purchase.

Vintage With A Vengeance specialises in the creative transformation of authentic pre-owned designer neckties, textiles and other materials into unique handcrafted fashion accessories, garments and wearable art.

All materials used in our creations are genuine, previously owned items that have been carefully sourced and repurposed. As these materials have had a previous life, our products are not sold as new and may display minor signs of wear, age, imperfections, variations in colour, texture, stitching or other characteristics consistent with vintage and pre-owned textiles.

These features are considered part of the individuality, authenticity and character of each piece and should not be regarded as defects. We carefully inspect all materials and select only those suitable for transformation into our one-of-a-kind designs.

All trademarks, brand names, logos, designer marks and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners. Any reference to a designer brand is made solely to identify the origin of the authentic pre-owned materials used in the creation of our repurposed pieces. Vintage With A Vengeance is an independent business and is not affiliated with, associated with, authorised by, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected in any way with any designer, fashion house, manufacturer, trademark owner or luxury brand.

Each item has been substantially altered from its original form and purpose and is offered as an independently designed, handcrafted and repurposed creation. The original brand owner has not participated in, approved or endorsed the design, manufacture or sale of these products.

By purchasing from Vintage With A Vengeance, customers acknowledge and understand that they are purchasing a unique repurposed item created from authentic pre-owned materials and not a new product manufactured, licensed or endorsed by the original brand owner.

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped via Australia Post with Signature on Delivery.
Shipping costs, insurance options and estimated delivery timeframes will be advised at the time of purchase.
Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.
Tracking information will be supplied once your order has been dispatched.
While every effort is made to ensure safe delivery, Vintage With A Vengeance is not responsible for delays, loss or damage caused by Australia Post or other shipping carriers once an item has been dispatched.

Customers can track their parcel using the tracking information provided after shipment.

Packaging

Every order is carefully packaged and presented in a handcrafted drawstring bag featuring the Vintage With A Vengeance logo.

Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

At Vintage With A Vengeance, every piece is individually handcrafted from carefully sourced repurposed vintage, pre-owned and reclaimed materials. Due to the unique nature of these materials, each item may display minor variations, imperfections or signs of previous use that contribute to its character, authenticity and individuality.

All materials are professionally cleaned, carefully inspected and detailed prior to being transformed into their new design.

Any visible imperfections, marks, wear, variations in colour, texture, stitching or minor flaws that form part of the character of the repurposed materials will be clearly disclosed within the product description and/or photographs. These disclosed characteristics do not constitute faults and are not grounds for a refund, return or exchange.

Please choose carefully, as we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind
Incorrect selection of style, size or design
Incorrect measurements provided by the customer
Colour variations caused by different screen displays or devices
Expectations relating to the age, patina, wear or unique characteristics of vintage, pre-owned or repurposed materials
Characteristics that have been disclosed within the product description or photographs

As each item is individually handcrafted and one of a kind, exchanges are generally not available.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to consumers under Australian Consumer Law.

Customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund where a product:

Has a major fault;
Is not as described;
Is not of acceptable quality; or
Fails to meet consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.

Product Faults

If you believe your item has a fault, please contact Vintage With A Vengeance within 7 days of receiving your order and provide:

Your order number;
A detailed description of the issue; and
Clear photographs showing the fault.

We will assess the claim and advise on the appropriate resolution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
