- I understand that I am purchasing a one-off designer gown, so please choose carefully. Because we cannot offer a refund on “change of mind”.
- I confirm that the measurements that I have provided, are true. So please measure your bust, waist, hips, correctly, because there cannot be any refund on incorrect measurements. * Please note that the picture, “the correct way of measuring”. Will be provided, under every single item listed.
- I understand that these designs are mostly made from vintage materials, therefore imperfections, slight marks, discoloration or flaws in the materials maybe visible.
- I understand that this garment has been made to the measurements, that the designer has provided, bust, waist, hips. And therefore it may need additional alterations to achieve the perfect custom fit. This alteration cost is not included in the purchase price.
- Shipping can be arranged once payment is received.
- Cost of shipping, insurance and estimated delivery time will be provided once the order has been received.

When going on our website your IP gets saved, this data is encrypted and cannot be accessed by us. This data gets deleted after 30 days. We may save cookies with your permission.
When submitting with the checkout:
- Your Credit Card Information Gets Sent To PayPal. (After 30 days this data gets removed)
- Your shipping location gets saved for 1 month while we send the package.
- All other information collected will be deleted after 30 days.

All orders will be shipped with Australian Post, with signature on delivery.
All orders will be shipped to the address provided on your order.
All care will be taken with the packaging of your order, however lost, delayed or damaged items are the responsibility of the Australian Post.

Packaging
All items shipped will be placed in a handcrafted drawstring bag, with our logo printed on it.
Refund Policy
Please keep in mind that all products at VINTAGE WITH A VENGEANCE are made from recycled materials therefore all products are in great vintage condition. Their imperfections are their beauty…..
All products have been photographed in national light, but colours can be varied on different screens. No enhancement was used.
Please choose carefully, make sure that you are super happy with your choice before placing an order. I’m happy to give any additional information and photos regarding any of my products. Only if there is a FAULT with your item (and we approve your refund request), a refund may be offered. Unfortunately we can’t offer exchange on any of the items, because they are all individually crafted and there is only one of each design. I never repeat any of my designs. We can’t offer refunds or refunds on a charge of mind. Once the item has been shipped no changes can be made on your order. To return your item, the item must be in its original condition, unused, unaltered and undamaged. Refunds won’t be offered if the item has been damaged or wear and tear are visible. The item has to be in its original condition including the packaging and original receipt attached.
